Curtis H. Geary, VMD - Practice Owner

Dr. Curtis H.Geary is the owner and operator of Geary Veterinary Services, the practice where he worked as a high school student, since 2001. A life long resident of Fayette County, he attended Penn State University, before earning his degree in veterinary medicine from the University of Pennsylvania. He also operates another veterinary clinic at his former home, in nearby Bullskin Township.

He is interested in veterinary dentistry and loves learning about new advances and procedures. His goal is to always move the practice ahead, along with any advances in veterinary care. It's his belief that not all veterinary practices are created equal that compels him to get to know his patients and clients and provide the best care possible.

When he is not seeing patients, Dr.Geary enjoys raising a variety of chickens: his favorite being Bantam Rosecombs. He enters many of his chickens in local fairs and shows. His time at home is spent with wife Sarah and daughter, Piper.

Lindsay

Hi I'm Lindsay, one of your certified veterinary technicians. I graduated from the Vet Tech Institute of Pittsburgh in February of 2012, earning my associate degree where I received my license soon afterwards.

I have worked as a certified vet tech at one other veterinary hospital and also as a housekeeper at a nursing home before joining the Geary Veterinary staff. My interests in the clinic include dentistry and surgery.

When I'm not helping to take care of your furry baby, my hobbies include reading, fishing - catch and release, watching football games- I'm a Steelers and Penn State fan, and knitting at home. I also enjoy time with my family and vacationing at the beach - beach front only, please! My current babies include a Beagle - Pepper, and Shih Tzu - Neko.I look forward to caring for your pet as if he or she was my own!

Nikki

Hi, I'm Nikki, one of your certified veterinary technicians that will be taking care of your furry "kid" or "kids". I graduated from Vet Tech Institute and became a certified veterinary technician in 2015.

I reside in Somerset, PA and enjoy spending time outside with family, friends, boyfriend, and my two dogs, Gracie and Oakley.

I love everything about being a veterinary technician; I have a special interest in dentistry and rehab therapy, and I hope to one day further my education in one of the two, if not both. I look forward to answering all your questions and caring for your furry friend!

Emily

Hi, I'm Emily, and I'm one of your veterinary assistants. I'm originally from New Jersey, but have lived all over the country (and bits of Europe) working with a wide variety of animals.

I've always had an unquenchable desire to learn and a love for animals of all shapes and sizes. I have loved every aspect of the veterinary field since I entered into it in 2015. I strive to help you, the owner, fully understand what your pet wants and needs. I believe good health starts at home.

I share my home with my rescue cat, Jelly Bean, and spend most of my time when I am not at the clinic or at college, riding my mare, Moose. I look forward to meeting you and the rest of your furry family.

Hello, my name is Tammy, and I am the receptionist here at Geary Veterinary Services. Before I started here, I drove school bus for 15 years. I reside here in Mt. Pleasant and enjoy spending family time with my 3 kids, my bunny, Kumar, and my dogs, Boomer, Zeus, and Dezul.

I enjoy all outdoor activities: walks, planting flowers, camping, and quad riding, as well as watching movies and doing crafts around the house.

I enjoy meeting all the new pets and customers that come in every day at our facility.

Morgan

Hi, I'm Morgan, one of your veterinary assistants tending to your fur babies. I am new to veterinary medicine, but have decided to further my career in this field.

I share my home with my four year old daughter and Australian Shepherd, Lilah.

I enjoy spending as much time outside as possible and creating as many memories as I can with friends and family.
